Sunscreen Material

Our sunscreen product is Textline Solar Screen Material and comes in three variations that most consumers choose from.

1.) 80% Textline
​2.) 90% Textline
​3.) 95% Textline

Both percentages are used with the same sunscreen material, the difference is a tighter weave in the material.

The noticable differences are:
  • Air Flow- With the 90% tight weave you will have less of an outdoor airflow into your home
  • Visibility - The tighter the weave of sunscree, the more loss in visibility you'll receive. If provacy is what your looking for we reccomend the 90%.
  • Natural Lighting - Both screens your can open up your blinds and let the natrual light come in, but with a tighter knit weave expect your light to be much less, sort of like a cloudy day.
  • Sunscreen Cost - 90% weaved solarscreens will be more cost per screen compared to 80% with more material being used per screen.

Sunscreen Walkthrough Steps

  1. Customer shows us what windows they are wanting to have screened
  2. We take measurments on all the windows and note what will be required for installation.
  3. We can then determine an accurate estimate for your home
  4. If approved we order the customized screens for your home or business windows
  5. We schedule a final appointment to get everything installed.

Sunscreen Installation

There are two different types of installations of Suncreens for homes or businesses:
  • Screws outside the window frame
  • Screws into the window frame​
We always install sunscreens outside the window frame to avoid voiding any window warranties!
